The 2019 Hyundai Veloster is going to hit the market as the coupe of an unusual exterior design. Namely, this model will not have two doors only, but an additional side door on the right side as well, so the access will be easier. It has also been said that the new Veloster will ride on the latest Elantra platform. Therefore, this car will look more stretched. Its overall shape and styling will be mostly similar to the current model, but some of the changes and upgrades will be really noticeable and significant. In the front fascia, you will notice its larger hexagonal grille and its slimmer LED headlights. Looking at the side profile, the new Veloster will reveal more muscular and coupe-like appearance. This model will provide 2+2 seating configuration. The driver will get a standard 7.0-inch touch-screen color display while an 8.0-inch will come as optional. It will provide the latest infotainment and entertainment system with features such as wireless charging, Apple Car Play, Android Auto and USB. Safety systems and driver assist features will be enhanced as well. According to the information we have got, the 2019 Hyundai Veloster will come with standard 2.0-liter Atkinson four-cylinder engine that delivers 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque. It will be offered with both six-speed manual and automatic transmission. The Turbo version of the new Veloster will get a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that produces 201 horsepower and 196 pound-feet of torque. It will be mated to a six-speed manual as standard, but an optional seven-speed dual-clutch automatic will be available as well. Finally, its high-performance N model will use a 2.0-liter engine that hits 275 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque and it will get a six-speed manual as standard.

The 2019 Hyundai Veloster and its versions can be expected in the market by the end of 2018, probably in the second and the fourth quarter of the year. The price of this unique coupe starts around $20,000.
