2019 Honda Odyssey is a slightly changed model from the last year, with no much changing inside and outside of the car and probably the same powertrain as on the last model. The reason is a redesigning this model undergone last year, after years of waiting, so there are no many things that can be changed now. However, the model is greatly designed a cute crossover that remained the same recognizable front end as other Hondas on the market and sloped shape of the car with a flat hood as well as all important features in terms of safety.
We did not expect many changes in the exterior design of 2019 Honda Odyssey, mostly because it is redesigned before. However there is the same shape of the car and front end, with recognizable gridded front grille and thin, LED front lights. There are thin mesh air intake and wide intakes on the sides of the front bumper with small fog lights. The highly positioned rear end is flat with simple but functional truck door, modern taillights and refreshed door hands. The car also has two deep dents on the sides with thin lines below as a decoration.
There are no changes inside of 2019 Honda Odyssey besides new slide-second row and slight improvements in technology. The cabin is wide and comfortable as before with simple but modernly designed dashboard and well-positioned buttons and commands.
As we said, the engine in 2019 Honda Odyssey should be the same as on current model and that is 3.5-liter V6 with 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. As for the current model the transmission is 10-speed automatic transmission. Even though there are rumors that they will offer all-wheel driving system this time we can confirm existing of a front-wheel system for now. In terms of safety, there is Honda Sensing Package and special automatic brakes that won highest marks on test driving last year.
2019 Honda Odyssey
This car should be the main competitor to Chrysler Pacifica and Toyota Sienna, both very attractive and popular. In order to be more competitive, the manufacturer has decided to offer great safety system in combination with attractive design and very favorable price. There are high chances that 2019 Honda Odyssey will be on the market at the end of 2018 since the last model is still attractive and actual. The price range should be the same as for the last model so expect $30,000 for the base model and $47,000 for the highest model in class.
